Inside the programme

In this programme we encourage people to practice what they learn inside the organisations they work for.
Many participants may even be rolling out a Psychological Safety initiative as they do the learning - which is perfect.
This programme is structured to set you up for success and comes with pre-designed steps and tools that are ready for you to plug and play or use as a template to customise.

    Involving and including the voice of your people (your workforce) is crucial. Learn how to design positive ways of getting feedback from your people, that makes them feel heard and gives you the answers you need to progress.

1.  Certificate of Completion ( on completing the full programme)
